Dr. Sam is a Michigan native and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Michigan and her Bachelors in Exercise Science at Eastern Michigan University.

Sam is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and coaches at her local CrossFit gym. Her treatment approach includes using skilled, hands-on techniques and functional exercise to help her patients achieve their individualized goals and live healthy lifestyles.
